On July 6, 2023, Tatarstan Rais Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian Minister of Agriculture Dmitry Patrushev visited the Azbuka Syra LLC plant.

During the visit, the guests were introduced to the work of the enterprise, showed the production line of two buildings, dwelt in more detail on Building No. 1, which was completely modernized and launched in March 2022. Then funds for the reconstruction of the plant were attracted under the program of preferential lending. As a result, the plant plans to increase cheese production to 15 thousand tons per year.

A separate part of the visit to the enterprise was devoted to tasting the products produced. The quality of the manufactured products is a matter of special pride of the enterprise. Now the plant produces more than 20 varieties of cheese, exclusively from natural cow's milk. "Despite the sanctions, our company is ready to offer the consumer a wide range of high-quality products. Among the classic varieties "Russian", "Dutch", "Gouda" and others, we offer premium cheeses: "Maasdam", "Parmesan". They are already represented in the country's retail chains and have received positive feedback from customers. In addition to the recognition of customers, we highly appreciate the attention and assistance we receive from regional and federal authorities," comments CEO Fatykhov A.R.
