In August 2023, the State Alcohol Inspectorate of Tatarstan conducted a tasting of 72.5% fat butter. Experts, representatives of control and supervisory authorities, testing laboratories, ministries and departments, as well as manufacturing enterprises participated in the quality assessment. 15 butter samples that had previously passed the first stage of selection were evaluated by taste and smell, consistency and appearance, color. All samples were encoded.

The purpose of the consumer tasting is to evaluate the quality and safety of purchased oil samples, identify the best of them and bring information about the results to consumers.

We are glad to inform you that the 72.5% Krestyanskoye butter produced by our company Azbuka Syra LLC became the winner of the tasting and was highly appreciated by the members of the commission.

The highest rating is a reflection of the work of the production site in Mamadysh, which works every day to produce a high–quality, delicious and natural product.
