The tenth anniversary motor rally "The Road to Milk" dedicated to the memory of Ayrat Khairullin was held on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan from 1 to 4 August 2022.

The Road to Milk rally is a traditional annual event for dairy market participants and is important for the industry, as it is aimed at popularizing milk and dairy products; supporting milk producers and processors; sharing experience among market participants.

The production site of Azbuka Syra LLC Mamadysh Cheese and Butter Factory hosted the participants of the rally, introducing them to the new cheese production building. The building, after a complete reconstruction, was launched on March 15 of this year. A fully automated production line, a closed technological process allow you to get excellent quality cheese. Milk processing capacities have reached indicators of up to 500 tons/day.

In addition to getting acquainted with the new building and tasting cheeses, the topics of the current state of the market and the prospects for the development of the enterprise were touched upon.
