On January 28, 2022, a tripartite meeting of President R.N. Minnikhanov with the leadership of the Austrian company Bertsch Hubert Bertsch and the CEO of Azbuka Syra LLC A.R. Fatykhov took place at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. Issues of cooperation in the fields of milk processing and cheese production, animal husbandry and energy were discussed.
Earlier in 2021, the largest milk processor in the Republic of Tatarstan, Azbuka Syra LLC, launched a project to modernize the building for the production of semi-hard cheeses with an automated Bertsch line.
