Which cheese is the most delicious: the state alcohol inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan named the best cheese producers

(Kazan, July 24, Tatar-inform, Adela Ziatdinova). The State Alcohol Inspectorate of Tatarstan revealed the best samples of Dutch and Russian cheese. The best producer of Russian cheese according to laboratory and organoleptic data turned out to be "Belebeyevsky Dairy Plant", and among the Dutch producers, "Azbuka Syra" is recognized as such.
"We took cheeses for testing, because their part in food consumption is very high today. In Russia, cheese consumption in the first half of this year increased by 5.8%. During the year, 30 thousand tons of cheese of about 70 names are produced in Tatarstan," said Zhaudat Akhmetkhanov, the Head of the State Alcohol Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the tasting, 28 experts tasted seven samples of Russian and eight samples of Dutch cheese. Among the experts were doctors in food hygiene, representatives of large cheese producers, the head of the laboratory for food hygiene, specialists of the consumer protection department and other specialists.
"Today we taste semi-hard cheeses – Dutch and Russian, the most popular cheeses in the republic and throughout Russia. We took the sales leaders today. All samples have previously passed laboratory tests, and they do not have serious deviations in terms of safety and quality requirements," said Rosalia Arslanova, Head of the Department for Development and Coordination of the internal market of the State Alcohol Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During laboratory tests, cheese samples were checked on vegetable fats present in their composition, whether the information on the label was reliable and whether there were no toxic substances.
After tasting, the experts noticed that, as a rule, they were deterred by excessive yellowness in the cheeses (indicating the presence of a dye), excessive salinity and the absence of holes.
"First of all, I would advise buying cheese already packaged by the manufacturer. Do not buy cheese on the market if you do not know, who and when produced this product, and when it was packaged," Yulia Tarasova, Deputy Director for Production of Azbuka Syra LLC, recommended.
