History

The company appeared in Tatarstan in 2013 with a dairy brand - «PROSTO MOLOKO». During the first six months, dairy products produced by the factories became the sales leader in Tatarstan

But the team of professionals has set more global tasks, namely: to become not a local, but a federal brand! Focusing on products with long shelf life, the company acquired the Mamadysh factory, specializing in the production of cheeses, butter and whey powder. New cheese brands «Azbuka syra» and «Emperor», instantly won the hearts of consumers in all corners of Russia. Naturalness, quality, as well as compliance with state standards and the implemented quality management system HACCP, guarantee that the products of the company «Azbuka syra» are delicious, healthy and safe!

Numerous tastings, competitions both Russian and international point out the high quality of the products. All products are produced strictly according to the regulatory documentation from selected fresh milk, and original Dutch ingredients are used for the preparation of cheese. The capacity of the enterprise is 400 tons daily milk processing. All products of the company «Azbuka syra» are natural, tasty and healthy, which is very important for the consumer!

Rent of 9 largest dairy plants of Tatarstan from the bankrupt company «Vamin-Tatarstan» and launch of a new brand «PROSTO MOLOKO» on the market.
The company becomes the leader in sales of dairy products in Tatarstan – 40% of the market.
